I saw what was being offered & knew we could do better for our students, workplaces, & communities. And the nerd in me must tell you, research agrees!
I wanted to do something different.
Where we weren't just teaching people how to avoid getting in trouble without truly addressing the subtext no one really talks about without lecturing or using scare tactics.
Or focusing only on the negatives associated with sexuality without tools to power up your agency.
And also make it fun (where I can!).
I combined my training & experience in theory, student conduct, orientation, respectful workplace facilitation, bystander intervention, Title IX, & responsive sex education with my love of pop culture & what’s trending, ice cream, research, cats, & humor to create my signature award winning program, Consensuality.

It’s effective because it addresses gaps identified by research & student feedback.
It looks at those harmful sexual scripts which allow sex discrimination, harassment, & victimization to persist & provides new ways to give voice & agency from a biopsychosocial sexological lens.
It’s empathy, bystander intervention & boundary setting while being sensitive of who is in the room, presented in practical, & tangible ways.
It’s serious, direct, fun, interactive, colorful (and constantly tweaked to meet my learner's needs and changing laws, policies, etc).
I currently have 2 versions, and adaptions within each version to accommodate your needs and laws.
